The development project will facilitate revitalization of an evolving residential development area, meet an unmet resident need for groceries and pharmacy products, and generate modest returns to equity investors.
The centre will be used for two dwelling needs a shopping centre on the ground floor and the second floor will be used for rental for residential homes.
